Private Training

RTC Training develops customized running programs to meet the needs of all runners. Whether you are new to running, want to train to win, or run for fun and fitness our private training can help you reach your running goals. I will work with you to personalize your training schedule. You’ll get weekly workouts, both via email and in person and constant feedback and recommendations from experienced running coach. Private Coaching services with a running coach include track workouts, pacing, drills, long runs, and weekly running plan. Custom Training Programs 

Private 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and Marathon Training Programs

As your personal running coach you will receive direct running feedback to help improve your running and achieve your goals. This training plan will include daily workouts and advice, as well as tips to keep your body healthy. You will have at least one workout per week with Rob at a local track or park. You will learn proper running form, as well as being provided workouts specific to your plan to help you achieve your goals.

  • Number of training weeks depends on your personal goals 
  • Private training is available year round

Group Coaching

This program is designed for groups of 3 or more individuals. Each member of the group receives a full customized training program. The program includes weekly training schedules and group workouts with me at a local track or park. The cost of this program varies depending on the number of participants.
