Women's Running Programs


Cool Runners Fitness for Women 

RTC Training has partnered with the Monmouth County Park System to offer a number of six week women’s only Fall running program's.

Have you always wanted to start running but don't know where to begin? Maybe it's been a couple of years since you have laced up your running shoes? Or maybe you haven't run since middle school gym class? No sweat, we have the program for you! Designed for beginners, this easy to follow women's only program is taught in a relaxed, positive and supportive environment. Over the course of six weeks, participants will learn proper running fundamentals including technique, form and nutrition, all while building up to a 5k.
